ABOUT ME
Welcome to my personal website! A platform dedicated to showcasing my Resume and Product Manager Portfolio. Hello, my name is Hamzeh Hammad. I am a junior at the University of Virginia working towards a Bachelor's in Computer Science and a Master's in Systems Engineering in only four years.
I’ve gained valuable experience through two summer internships where I’ve actively applied my technical product management skills. In my first role at a startup facilitating software company, I conducted interviews with 5-6 customer companies to identify UI/UX challenges and personally implemented solutions that significantly enhanced the user experience, receiving good feedback to the changes on all ends.
In my most recent internship, I redeveloped the entire backend of an HR RAGs chatbot for VA811, our company client, which now serves over 200 employees and addresses HR-related issues efficiently. The regular meetings with clients allowed me to understand their needs and tailor the backend solution to meet their specific operational requirements.
I am eager to put my industry-changing ideas to the test and enter the workforce as a Technical Product Manager in a fast-paced and revolutionary tech company. I hope to drive impactful and innovative product development for the world to see.
